Cyber Trends for Western Canada 2025 - March 20th

We are hosting a very small  Appreciation event at The Sawmill on March 20th from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. We would be thrilled if you would attend. We have room for 30 people only so this is a very small gathering.

Our topic of discussion is Cyber Trends for Western Canada 2025!   We have an opportunity to hear from Arctic Wolf on the most urgent cyber trends we are expecting this year. Wayne Feyer, Enterprise Account Executive, will be speaking to us about topics such as: 

  • 90% of security leaders believe their organization is falling short when it comes to addressing cyber risk.
  • Within the last 12 months, 48% of organizations identified evidence of a successful breach within their environment.
  • 45% of the organizations we spoke with admitted to being the victim of a ransomware attack within the last 12 months.
  • 94% of those who suffered a ransom event experienced a period of significant downtime and delays in  productivity

The presentation will only be 15 minutes (we promise) and the rest of the time will be spent on eating great food, having great drinks and networking with others.

We are hosting a very small  Appreciation event at The Nash on March 13th from 2 pm to 4:30 pm. We would be thrilled if you would attend. We have room for 25 people only so this is a very small gathering.

Our topic of discussion is Feeding AI Data to Storage- on premise or cloud?  We have an opportunity to hear from Dell Canada on the direction the organization is taking to support its clients with their AI initiatives. The short 15 minute presentation will cover:

  • Data volume and velocity
  • Data sensitivity and security
  • Budget and cost considerations
  • Data Access, Scalability and Flexibility

The presentation will only be 15 minutes (we promise) and the rest of the time will be spent on eating great food, having great drinks and networking with others.
